Italy’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este is considered by many the most prestigious display of historic cars on the planet. It is also, not coincidentally, the oldest display of historic cars on the planet, celebrating its 90th anniversary this year.
Held annually on the shore of Lake Como, Italy, the motto for this year’s festival was the “Symphony of Engines.”
Our visit made us flagerblasted not so much with the attention-seeking award-winners, but with the incredible intricacy and beauty of some of the show’s lesser lights.
And if you like to guess what car each of some lovingly restored details belong to, we present you with a few of them here - with a little tease.
